Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled by AminoH Peptides ("we", "our", or "us").

Due to the specialised nature of research chemicals, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail products.

1. Research Use Only Products

All products sold by AminoH Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Because these products are research materials, returns are generally not accepted once products have been shippedunless there is a verified issue with the order.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged during shipping

  • incorrect

  • missing from your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the product

  • photographs of the packaging

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement product

  • a refund

  • store credit where appropriate

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened products

  • products that have been used or handled

  • items returned without prior authorisation

  • items damaged due to improper storage or handling

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • the item received was incorrect

  • the product arrived damaged

  • the error was caused by AminoH Peptides

If a refund is approved, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

6. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

8. Fraud Prevention

AminoH Peptides reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected:

  • fraud

  • abuse of refund policies

  • false damage claims
