This Shipping Policy outlines how AminoH Peptides processes and delivers orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Locations

AminoH Peptides currently ships to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected international destinations (where permitted by law)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, and use of research chemicals is legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate.

AminoH Peptides is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to:

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • incomplete delivery details

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-sent.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

While we will assist in resolving shipping issues, AminoH Peptides cannot guarantee delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the damaged package

  • photographs of the damaged product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
