Wholesale Ordering

Our minimum wholesale order quantity is 1 kit (10 units) per product.

Payment Information

Wholesale orders are accepted via cryptocurrency payment only.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners and typically arrive within 5–14 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, customs clearance, or factors outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched.

Reship Policy

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement shipment or discounted reshipment at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and destination country.

To be considered for a reshipment request, customers must:

• Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Provide their order number and any relevant delivery information.

• Allow reasonable time for the carrier's investigation process where applicable.

Reshipment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Orders delayed due to customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control may not be eligible for a replacement or reshipment.
